How to Register

Delegate registration fee includes:

Attendance to the conference and exhibition, tea/coffee breaks, lunch, a registration pack.

What is not included in the registration fee?

Payment

Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.

When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will reflect as a short payment and shows as a balance on your account.

The final date for bank transfers is the 18 February 2025. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leanne@tcon.org.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.

Credit card payments– When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.

Cancellation Policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. No refunds on paid registrations. Only name changes will be accepted. Please contact Leanne Armoogam (leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
